  • Must be a permanent resident of the Uttar Pradesh.
  • Agricultural land must be located within Uttar Pradesh.
  • Small farmers with the landholding up to 2 hectares are eligible.
  • Marginal farmers with landholding up to 1 hectare are eligible.
  • The applicant should not already have an agricultural borewell.
  • SC/ST farmers are eligible irrespective of landholding limits under applicable provisions.
