The UP Nishulk Boring Yojana is an irrigation assistance scheme, launched by the Government of Uttar Pradesh to provide free borewell installation for agricultural purposes.
This scheme also offers subsidised pump sets of up to 5 HP, it enabling farmers to get access of the groundwater for irrigation at a lower cost.
