Who Is Sajja Praveen Chowdary? New Policybazaar CEO Takes Charge
Policybazaar Insurance Brokers has appointed Shri. Sajja Praveen Chowdary as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Principal Officer. This appointment was approved by the insurance regulator and this comes after the resignation of former CEO Tarun Mathur due to personal reasons. Chowdary will also be a whole time director of the company.
The appointment of Sajja Praveen Chowdary marks important transition within the Policybazaar Insurance Brokers firm as it is a key arm of the PB Fintech group.
She will serve not only as the CEO position but also as a Whole-Time Director.
His appointment has received the regulatory clearance and also ensuring compliance with India’s insurance governance framework.
This change was comes after Tarun Mathur stepped down as the position of CEO.
Sajja Praveen Chowdary is a long-time veteran of PB Fintech and joined the group in the year 2011.
Over the years he had handled multiple business verticals and gained the expertise across operations, strategy and product development.
He had over the 15 years of experience within the fintech and insurance ecosystem.
He also currently heads the ‘Policybazaar for Business’ and the corporate and SME insurance division.
