World Bank Approves $280 Million Loan for Kerala Health
The World Bank has approved a $280 million loan for Kerala under the Kerala Health System Improvement Programme (KHSIP) to enhance healthcare access, longevity, and system resilience. The initiative aims to transform the state’s health infrastructure to better serve 11 million elderly and vulnerable people, especially in the face of climate-related challenges.
