Adobe’s ‘Sensei GenAI’:

Adobe’s Sensei GenAI will serve as a valuable assistant to marketers and other customer experience teams, enhancing their productivity without requiring additional workloads.

As part of its Experience Cloud, Adobe will integrate a new set of creative generative AI models called Adobe Firefly.

The initial model, which was trained using Adobe Stock images, openly licensed content, and public domain content with expired copyright, will concentrate on producing safe-to-use commercial content featuring text effects and images.

Significance of The Sensei GenAI:

  • Through Sensei GenAI, brands will have the capability to quickly create and customize text-based experiences for any customer interaction point, utilizing various large language models (LLMs) such as ChatGPT through the Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service and FLAN-T5.
  • The chosen LLMs will correspond with each business’s individual needs, influenced by brand guidelines, product vernacular, and customer insights.
