DARPG and Bhashini Collaborate for a Multimodal, Multilingual Grievance Redressal System
In a major step toward enhancing citizen-centric governance, the Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) has partnered with Digital India Bhashini to launch an AI-powered, multimodal, multilingual grievance redressal system for CPGRAMS. This initiative, in line with the Prime Minister’s directive, aims to make grievance redressal more accessible, inclusive, and effective by allowing citizens to file complaints in 22 regional languages using voice and text input. The system is expected to be operational by July 2025, transforming the way grievances are addressed and making governance more efficient and responsive.
