India Launches ‘Prahaar’: New National Counter-Terrorism Policy Sets Zero-Tolerance Framework

The Ministry of Home Affairs has launched ‘Prahaar’, India’s new national counter-terrorism policy which is outlining a zero-tolerance framework against terrorism.
