Maha Gaurav 2024 award presented to Nikhil Wagh by Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar

Nikhil Mukund Wagh, who works as a Public Relations Officer at Goa Shipyard Limited, was recently given the “Maha Gaurav 2024” award. This award was handed to him by Shri Ajit Pawar, the Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, during a ceremony at Kaneri Math in Kolhapur on Monday, January 29. The award is a big deal because it recognizes Nikhil’s great work in public relations.

From Journalism to Public Relations

At the award ceremony, famous actor Girish Kulkarni and well-known journalist Raja Mane were also there to celebrate with him. Nikhil Wagh has done some impressive work in his career, especially when he was a journalist for Dainik Lokmat newspaper and ABP Mazha news channel before he started working at Goa Shipyard Limited, which is a part of the Ministry of Defence in India.

Raja Mane, who leads the organization that gave the award, invited Nikhil especially and talked about how important Nikhil has been in the fields of journalism and public relations. This award shows how dedicated and impactful Nikhil Wagh has been in his work.
