RailOne App Launched Indian Railways Unifies Passenger Services Under One Platform
In a significant step toward digital transformation in railway services, Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw launched the ‘RailOne’ mobile application on July 2, 2025. Developed as a comprehensive, one-stop platform, the app provides passengers with unified access to services such as ticket booking, PNR enquiry, journey planning, meal booking, and freight enquiries, enhancing the convenience and digital experience for millions of users.
The RailOne app was launched during the 40th Foundation Day of the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS) as a consolidated solution for Indian Railways passengers. This initiative comes amid growing efforts to improve digital accessibility, passenger convenience, and operational efficiency within the Indian Railways system.
