The UP Kisan Karj Mafi Scheme 2026, which has also become known as the Uttar Pradesh Kisan Rin Mochan Yojana, it is one of the biggest farmer service schemes offered by the Uttar Pradesh Government. The main aim of the scheme is to provide relief to small and marginal farmers by waiving their loans and thus help them move out of their financial difficulties. This scheme was launched in 2017. It has benefited a huge number of farmers within the state. Up to ₹1 lakh can be waived through this Yojana provided the beneficiary fulfills all conditions required under this Yojana.
The UP Kisan Karj Mafi Scheme is an initiative of the state government to reduce financial burdens on farmers by cancelling the outstanding crop loans of farmers.
This scheme primarily affects the small and marginal farmers who take loans from the authorized financial institutions.

Farmers meeting the eligibility criteria can fill their applications by following the steps below,
Step 1
Go to the official site of UP Kisan Karj Mafi scheme.
Step 2
Select the “New Registration” link given at the homepage.
Step 3
Provide the required details like Aadhaar number, bank loan account details, Khasra-Khatauni details, etc.
Step 4
Authenticate your application via OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
Step 5
The farmer needs to fill up and submit the online form.
Step 6
This submitted application will be verified and it approved by the District Level Committee.
Step 7
After the verification process gets completed, the eligible farmers will receives their loan waiver benefits as per the rules of the scheme.
