Yuva Utsava-India@2047 launched by Anurag Singh Thakur, the Union Minister for Youth Affairs, Sports, Information, and Broadcasting, from IIT Ropar in Punjab. On this occasion, Shri Anurag Thakur also unveiled the Yuva Utsava Dashboard.

‘Catch the Rain 2023′ campaign to be launched by President Murmu
The District Level Yuva Utsav champions will compete in the State Level Yuva Utsav, a 2-day event planned for August to September 2023 at State Capitals. The champions of all State-level competitions must take part in the National Level Yuva Utsav, which will take place in Delhi around the third or fourth week of October 2023.
Youth artists, writers, photographers, and orators will compete across the three levels, and traditional artists will highlight the rich cultural legacy of the nation. Panch Pran will be the Yuva Utsav’s theme.

5. Citizens’ sense of responsibility.
The 5 resolutions would serve as the foundation for the youth participants’ vision for Amrit Kaal, which they would present at the forefront of public conversation (Panch Pran). The 75th anniversary of India’s independence will be celebrated in a big way leading up to India@2047, with the theme “Yuva Shakti se Jan Bhagidari” serving as the inspiration.
Youth between the ages of 15 and 29 are eligible to engage in programmes and contests at the district, state, and national levels, with winners moving on to the following stage.
