Throughout his career, Trivedi received several honors, including being appointed an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE), a Companion of the Order of the Indian Empire (CIE), and a Knight Commander of the Order of the Star of India (KCSI). Post-independence, he was honored with the Padma Vibhushan, India’s second-highest civilian award, in 1956.
