Gujarat HC Bans AI in Courtroom Decisions, Human Judgment Must Prevail

The Gujarat High Court has issued the policy which the banning the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for making the judicial decisions or to drafting judgments. As High court has recognized that AI can improve efficiency but it also emphasized that human reasoning must remain at the center of justice to ensuring fairness, accountability and judicial independence.
