He has worked extensively in both B2B and B2C environments, handling leadership roles that required managing brands, operations and large teams.
His broad exposure across sectors positions him well to lead a diversified lifestyle business like Raymond Lifestyle.

Previous Roles and Industry Background

Before joining Raymond Lifestyle, Ghosh was associated with the Aditya Birla Group.
He most recently served as CEO of Cellulosic Fashion Yarn at Grasim Industries. Earlier, he was CEO of Domestic Textiles and also led the Thai Acrylic Fibre business, managing multi-country operations.
His career also includes leadership roles at L’Oréal India, PepsiCo India, Spencer’s Retail, GE Lighting and Burns Philp.
