TCS holds its tenth place among global BPM providers in 2021

TCS has maintained its tenth place among the top worldwide BPM (business process management) suppliers in 2021, according to Everest Group. The ranking is based on a combination of revenue (TCS has more than $3 billion in revenue) and revenue growth (14-16 percent over 2020). ADP, Teleperformance, Accenture, Concentrix, and Sitel Group were the top five BPM companies in terms of sales. The top five fastest-growing corporations year over year were Tech Mahindra, Telus International, Majorel, Teleperformance, and Comdata.

KEY POINTS:

  • The BPM businesses of Infosys, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra were ranked 20, 21, and 22 respectively, with revenues of US$ 1.3 billion, US$ 1.4-1.5 billion, and US$ 675 million, respectively.
  • The top 50 suppliers added $11.8 billion in incremental revenue in 2021, an increase of eightfold over 2020.
  • In 2021, the top 10 providers accounted for about 60% of total incremental revenue, while providers ranked 11 to 50 generated more than $5 billion in revenue.
