TCS has maintained its tenth place among the top worldwide BPM (business process management) suppliers in 2021, according to Everest Group. The ranking is based on a combination of revenue (TCS has more than $3 billion in revenue) and revenue growth (14-16 percent over 2020). ADP, Teleperformance, Accenture, Concentrix, and Sitel Group were the top five BPM companies in terms of sales. The top five fastest-growing corporations year over year were Tech Mahindra, Telus International, Majorel, Teleperformance, and Comdata.

- The BPM businesses of Infosys, Wipro, and Tech Mahindra were ranked 20, 21, and 22 respectively, with revenues of US$ 1.3 billion, US$ 1.4-1.5 billion, and US$ 675 million, respectively.
- The top 50 suppliers added $11.8 billion in incremental revenue in 2021, an increase of eightfold over 2020.
- In 2021, the top 10 providers accounted for about 60% of total incremental revenue, while providers ranked 11 to 50 generated more than $5 billion in revenue.
