Amid escalating tariff tensions in early April (2025), major cryptocurrencies hit a massive low, especially Bitcoin, which reached a record high of more than $107,000 in January 2025. However, following Trump’s announcement of halting tariffs for 90 days, Bitcoin’s value surged to a $1.92 trillion market cap, standing as the most valuable and most popular cryptocurrency.
