There is no specific time to perform the puja and rituals in Gujarati New Year. The Pratipada tithi begins at 6.48 PM on 25th October 2022 and Pratipada tithi ends at 5.12 PM on 26th October 2022.

Goddess Lakshmi is worshipped during Chopda Puja which makes the new year prosperous and profitable. The rituals include writing Subh and Labh on the new account books.
