What is sports university?

A sports university is an institution of higher education that specializes in sports-related academic programs and research, as well as athletic training and competition. The primary focus of a sports university is to provide students with a comprehensive education in sports-related fields, such as sports science, physical education, sports medicine, sports management, and coaching. In addition, sports universities typically offer extensive athletic facilities and programs, including varsity sports teams and intramural sports leagues, to encourage students to participate in physical activities and develop their athletic abilities. The goal of a sports university is to prepare students for careers in the sports industry, as well as to promote the benefits of physical activity and sports in society.
