PMO Shifts to ‘Sewa Teerth’ After 78 Years - Why Is South Block Being Vacated?
Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated Seva Teerth in New Delhi on February 13, 2026, marking a major milestone in India’s administrative reforms. The newly built complex now houses the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO), the National Security Council Secretariat (NSCS), and the Cabinet Secretariat under one roof.
