- Launched in March 2015, following the directions of the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India.
- The platform ‘Anubhav’ allows retiring/retired government employees to share their experiences and significant achievements made during their service period.
- The platform contributes to the creation of institutional memory by preserving replicable ideas and suggestions, which can help in future governance challenges.
- Since inception, 59 Anubhav Awards and 19 Jury Certificates have been awarded.

Award Categories and Distribution
- 5 best write-ups will be selected for the Anubhav Awards.
- 10 Jury Certificates will be awarded to other outstanding write-ups to encourage wider participation.
- Awards will be conferred by the Hon’ble MOS (PP) at a national event.
Key Features of the 2025 Scheme
Eligibility
- For the first time, the scheme allows employees from Central Public Sector Undertakings (CPSUs), including Public Sector Banks, to submit their write-ups.
- This expansion aims to enrich the Anubhav Portal with diverse experiences and best practices from the vibrant Public Sector.
- The time limit for pensioners to submit their write-ups has been extended from one year to three years post-retirement, providing more flexibility for participation.

Jury Certificate Winners will receive:

- Certificate
- Travel allowance (TA) and accommodation will be provided for the awardee and one accompanying person attending the award ceremony in New Delhi.
