American music singer Kenny Rogers who was known around the world for his global hits such as “The Gambler”, “Lady”, “Lucille” and “Islands in the Stream”, has passed away. In his six decade long career, he won three Grammys Awards.

He also become the 10th best-selling male artist of United States in terms of album sales. He was also inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame and won a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Country Music Association.
