On March 31, 2025, Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Amit Shah, unveiled a grand statue of Maharaja Agrasen, inaugurated a new ICU facility, and laid the foundation stone for a PG hostel in Hisar, Haryana. The event was attended by Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini and other dignitaries.
