- Location: The unveiling ceremony took place at the Lachit Barphukan Maidam Development Project at Hollongapar near Teok.

Statue Details
- Design and Construction: The 125-foot statue, designed and constructed by renowned sculptor Ram Vanji Sutar, stands on a pedestal of 41 feet, making the total structure 125 feet tall.
- Foundation Laying: The foundation of the statue was laid by former President Ram Nath Kovind in February 2022.
Tribute to Lachit Borphukan
- Legendary Commander: Lachit Borphukan was a legendary army commander of the Ahom kingdom (1228-1826).
