The Kashi Tamil Sangamam (KTS) 3.0 is set to take place from February 15 to 24, 2025, in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Organized by the Ministry of Education in collaboration with various ministries and the Government of Uttar Pradesh, this event celebrates the deep-rooted civilizational bond between Tamil Nadu and Kashi. The initiative provides a platform for scholars, students, artists, artisans, and professionals to exchange knowledge, culture, and traditions, fostering the spirit of Ek Bharat Shrestha Bharat.
This edition is particularly significant as participants will witness the Mahakumbh in Prayagraj and visit the newly inaugurated Ram Mandir in Ayodhya. With a strong focus on Indian Knowledge Systems (IKS) as emphasized in NEP 2020, KTS 3.0 seeks to enhance awareness of India’s cultural oneness, especially among the youth.
