Datia has officially emerged as Madhya Pradesh’s eighth airport after receiving a licence from the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). It has been categorized as a public aerodrome under the 3C/VFR category, allowing its use for commercial operations. The newly developed airport, spanning 118 acres, is expected to enhance air connectivity in the state. Chief Minister Mohan Yadav expressed his joy on social media, thanking Prime Minister Narendra Modi for this development.
