Indo-US Joint Special Forces Exercise “VAJRA PRAHAR 2023” Commences in Meghalaya

The 14th edition of the Indo-US Joint Special Forces exercise, known as “VAJRA PRAHAR 2023,” commenced at the Joint Training Node in Umroi, Meghalaya, signaling a renewed commitment to enhancing military collaboration and interoperability between the Indian Army and the US Army Special Forces.

Exercise VAJRA PRAHAR, initiated in 2010, stands as a testament to the robust partnership between the Indian Army and the US Army Special Forces. Participating Contingents:

The US contingent, representing the 1st Special Forces Group (SFG) of the US Special Forces, joins forces with Special Forces personnel from the Eastern Command of the Indian Army. Background and Venue:
