Participation vs Selection

- All participants who complete this step receive a participation certificate.
Three Levels of Selection in PPC
Tier 1: Recognised Participants
- Around 2,500 participants
- Receive certificates and PPC kits
- Do not necessarily meet the Prime Minister
Tier 2: Top 10 ‘Legendary Exam Warriors’
- Selected from competition participants
- Get a special opportunity to visit the Prime Minister’s residence
- This is a reward category, not the main interaction group
Tier 3: Direct Interaction Group
- A very small group of students
- Usually one student from each State and Union Territory
- These students attend the main event in New Delhi and interact directly with the Prime Minister
How PPC Has Grown Over the Years
- Started as a small interaction in 2018
- Registrations crossed 38 lakh in 2023
- Reached 3.53 crore in 2025, earning a Guinness World Record
PPC has become one of the largest student engagement programmes in the world.
