  • APSEZ has acquired a 95% stake in Gopalpur Port.

  • Shapoorji Pallonji Group (SP Group) and Orissa Stevedores Ltd (OSL) were the previous majority stakeholders in Gopalpur Port.
  • SP Group held a 56% stake, while OSL held a 44% stake in the port.

  • APSEZ has entered into definitive agreements to acquire SP Group’s entire 56% shareholding and 39% of OSL’s stake in Gopalpur Port Ltd (GPL).
