The Asia Cup 2023 is the 14th edition of the Asia Cup of One Day Internationals (ODIs) organized by the Asian Cricket Council (ACC). Sri Lanka won the toss and opted to bat first but struggled, managing to score only 50 runs, which became the lowest total ever recorded in an Asia Cup final. Mohammed Siraj delivered an exceptional performance for India, taking 6 wickets for just 21 runs. India’s response was swift as they chased down the target in a mere 6.1 overs without losing a single wicket. Ishan Kishan contributed 23 runs off 18 balls, while Shubhman Gill added 27 runs off 19 balls.

India is currently at the top of the points table, followed by Sri Lanka and Pakistan. Bangladesh is at the bottom of the table, having lost both of their matches.
