Lovlina Borgohain Confirms India's First Medal at Commonwealth Games 2026

India got its first medal at the Commonwealth Games 2026 before the commencement of the opening ceremony. Kudos to great boxer Lovlina Borgohain who made this possible. The bronze medal winner at the Tokyo Olympics received a direct entry to the last four women’s event in the above-mentioned weight category in the city of Glasgow, Scotland.
