Union Minister for Education, Shri Dharmendra Pradhan, launched The TeacherApp, an innovative digital platform developed by Bharti Airtel Foundation to empower educators with the skills required to meet the evolving demands of 21st-century classrooms.
The platform, unveiled at the India Habitat Centre, Delhi, aims to elevate the education sector by providing teachers with over 260 hours of high-quality digital content, including courses, videos, podcasts, live expert sessions, and more. This initiative aligns with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 and aims to ensure the continuous capacity building of teachers, fostering creativity, critical thinking, and innovation in classrooms nationwide.

The TeacherApp offers a wealth of resources for teachers, including:
- Over 260 hours of resources: Courses, short videos, learning bytes, podcasts, and interactive webinars designed to improve pedagogical skills and classroom engagement.
- Live Expert Sessions: Providing practical classroom strategies to enhance teaching effectiveness.
- Teaching Kits: Comprising 900+ hours of content, including teaching videos, worksheets, lesson plans, and project-based learning activities.

Shri Dharmendra Pradhan highlighted the importance of teachers as “real Karmayogis” who shape the future generation.
