The UP Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar Yojana (MYSY) helps eligible youngsters from Uttar Pradesh to create their own ventures.

Benefits of Loans & Subsidies Under the Scheme

Loans up to ₹25 lakh can be sanctioned in case of industrial projects.
In case of service sector projects, applicants can get loans up to ₹10 lakh.
The state government gives 25% margin money assistance. The maximum limit of margin money assistance for an industrial project is ₹6.25 lakh and for service sector project it is ₹2.50 lakh.
The scheme thus cuts down on the capital requirement of the entrepreneur himself.
Who Can Apply For UP Yuva Swarojgar Yojana 2026?
Eligibility Criteria
- There are certain criteria that need to be met to apply for the scheme.
- Applicant has to be the permanent resident of the state of Uttar Pradesh and should be within the age group of 18-40 years.
- Minimum educational qualification will be completion of Class 10 examination from a recognized board like UP Board, CBSE or ICSE.
- Applicants should not be currently employed in any Government/private sector organization. Also, they should not be a defaulter of any nationalized banks, financial institution or Government organization.
- It is another important criterion that applicants have not availed any benefit under the schemes like earlier Pradhan Mantri Rozgar Yojana, scheme by respective Chief Minister for employment or any government self-employment scheme.
- Benefits of this scheme can only be availed by one family member at any point of time.
- Affidavit has to be submitted proving their eligibility for the scheme.

Step 1: Visit the official Portal
Visit the official portal of the UP MSME department for online registration.
Step 2: New Registration
For those who have never registered earlier, click “New Registration” and choose “MYSY Mukhyamantri Yuva Swarojgar Yojana”.
Step 3: Provide Personal Information

Beneficiary selection is done by the District Working Group Committee constituted under the chairmanship of the District Magistrate.
