India’s Mera Yuva Bharat (MY Bharat) has been awarded a Guinness World Records (GWR) title for the highest number of users completed an online quiz within one week. This recognition was earned via Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue (VBYLD) Quiz which had witnessed the massive participation from young citizens across the country.
MY Bharat Creates The Guinness World Record
The flagship youth engagement platform which called MY Bharat and operating under the Department of Youth Affairs, Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, achieved the global recognition after setting a new Guinness World Record.
This platform received the title for the “Most Users to Take an Online Quiz in One Week” after 390,812 participants successfully completed the full quiz during the official assessment period in just one week.
The Guinness World Records certificate was formally presented at the ceremony held at Shram Shakti Bhawan, New Delhi in the presence of the Union Minister Dr. Mansukh Mandaviya, Minister of State Raksha Nikhil Khadse, senior ministry officials and representatives from the Guinness World Records.
About the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue Quiz
This record was achieved through the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders’ Dialogue (VBYLD) Quiz and it is a nationwide initiative which is aimed at engaging young Indians in the vision of to building a developed India by 2047.
It was conducted through the MY Bharat portal, the quiz was designed to,
- Increase the awareness about Viksit Bharat@2047
- Encourage youth participation in to the nation-building
- Promote leadership and civic engagement
- Create a platform for sharing the innovative ideas
The initiative also emerged as one of India’s largest digital youth engagement exercises.

Guinness World Records Verification Process
To setting a Guinness World Record requires the extensive verification and validation. The official assessment period was conducted between the Assessment period of 25 October 2025 to 31 October 2025.
During this period over 8.39 lakh quiz participations were recorded by Guinness. After the comprehensive review involving the,

Guinness World Records had certified the 390,812 eligible participants and officially establishing the new world record.
