Former Union Minister and Gujarat MLA Digvijaysinh Zala passes away

Former Union Environment Minister and an MLA from Wankaner in Gujarat, Digvijaysinh Zala has passed away. The veteran Congress leader became the first Environment Minister of India under the then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi from 1982 to 1984.
