India Clinched 5 Medals On Day One Of Asian Games At Hangzhou In China


India, known for its strong sporting culture, had a promising start on the first official day of the 2023 Asian Games in Hangzhou, China. India wrapped up the first official day of the Asian Games 2023 with five medals – three silver and two bronze.

Indian swimmers, including Maana Patel, Dhinidhi Desinghu, Janhvi Choudhary, and Shivangi Sarma, displayed their prowess by breaking the women’s 4x100m freestyle relay national record.
