IPL Finals 2026: Players With the Most IPL Final Appearances

The Indian Premier League (IPL) is the most coveted T20 tournament in the world and to feature in to the team of Final is the Special moment for the cricketers. In 19 seasons timeline of IPL, there are only some of the players who have played the most Finals and won the trophy. Former Indian Captain and Chennai Super Kings MS Dhoni had featured into the IPL Final most number of times.

MS Dhoni – 11 IPL Finals

When it comes to IPL Finals no player comes closer to the MS Dhoni. The former CSK Captain has played the 11 finals and out of them he won the trophy 5 times for CSK.

He played 10 finals with Chennai Super Kings and one time with Rising Pune Super Giants. Once upon a time, fans called that, IPL is that tournament in which all remaining teams fight each other to play IPL final with CSK.

Ravindra Jadeja- 8 IPL Finals

Ravindra Jadeja has also featured in the eight IPL finals which makes him as one of the most successful all rounders in the competition.

He was part of the Rajasthan Royal when they won trophy in inaugural edition in 2008. Later, he became the crucial part of Chennai Super Kings and pllayed the match winning role to win the championship.

Mr. IPL- 8 IPL Finals

Former C Chennai Super Kings star and popularly known as the Mr. IPL played the 8 IPL finals with the Chennai Super Kings. He was one of the pillar of the CSK’s team and played huge role to win the trophy for CSK.

He was the one of the most consistent player in the IPL history and later his highest runs record broken by Virat Kohli.

Ambati Rayudu- 8 IPL Finals

There are only few players who were part of the multiple successful teams. One of them is Ambati Rayudu who played the 8 finals in IPL, out of which played 5 finals with Mumbai Indians and 3 with Chennai Super Kings.

Ravichandran Ashwin- 7 IPL Finals

Veteran spinner and one of the finest cricketing brain Ravichandran Ashwin has played the seven IPL finals for Chennai Super Kings and Rajasthan Royals. His initial years were successful for him and its team.

Dwayne Bravo- 7 IPL Finals

Former West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo also featured in to the seven IPL finals with Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings. He was known for his death bowling and helped his teams to win the multiple trophies.

He had also won the Purple Cap for two times.

Hardik Pandya- 6 IPL Finals

India’s top all-rounder Hardik Pandya has already played six IPL finals. He featured in the IPL finals with Mumbai Indians and Gujarat Titans. And he won multiple titles with Mumbai Indians and also lift the trophy as Captain for Gujarat Titans.

He is known for his clutch performance in big matches.

Kieron Pollard- 6 IPL Finals

Mumbai Indians legendary cricketer Kieron Pollard also part of the six IPL finals. He was one of most destructive all-rounders in IPL history and was central figure in Mumbai Indians dominance after 2013.

Rohit Sharma- 6 IPL Finals

As, India’s and Mumbai Indian former captain Rohit Sharma has played fewer finals but his captainship record in truly historic. As he never lost the IPL final as a captain and player and won the 6 trophy in his career of IPL.
