This platform aims to strengthen the maternal and child healthcare services across India. The new platform has been introduced to create the comprehensive digital monitoring system for women during their reproductive years the improve the delivery of healthcare services .

JANANI stands for the Journey of Antenatal, Natal and Neonatal Integrated Care.
It is the digital healthcare platform which is developed to maintain and monitor the health records of women and children through different stages of the maternal and child healthcare.
This platform is designed to ensure the seamless tracking of healthcare services from pregnancy to newborn and young child care.
Its main objective is to improve the healthcare accessibility, continuity and monitoring via digital technology.
