The National Zoological Park (NZP), New Delhi has launched the “NZP Saathi App” and Self-ticketing Kiosks. Respecatble Union Minister of State for Environment, Forest and Climate Change Shri. Kirti Vardhan Singh has inaugurated the these initiatives to enhance the visitor convenience and to improve the overall zoo experiences.
NZP Saathi App A Smrat Digital Guide
The newly launched NZP Saathi App is designed to serve as the comprehensive digital companion for the zoo visitors.
This app is available on both the Android and iOS platforms, the application provides the interactive digital map and smart navigation features.
Also the visitors can easily locate the animal enclosures, washrooms, buggy points, food areas, exits and other facilities within the zoo.
This app also aims to make the zoo visits more informative, organized and convenient for the individuals and families alike.

These kiosks enables the visitors to purchase tickets quickly through UPI-based digital payment systems.
Also the free Wi-Fi connectivity has also been provided to the facilitate instant online bookings.
The initiative is expected to reduce the queues at ticket counters and also to promote cashless transactions and making entry into the zoo faster and more convenient.
