Yashasvi Jaiswal had achieved this feat for Rajasthan Royals against Kolkata Knight Riders in 2023 and created one of the most memorable batting performances in IPL history.

Three years later Urvil Patel equalled the record for the Chennai Super Kings against Lucknow Super Giants during IPL 2026.
