Among her notable works, ‘Bhamati: Ek Avismaraniya Premkatha’, a Maithili novel, stands out for which she was honored with the Sahitya Akademi Award. This novel, alongside her Hindi work ‘Sirjanhaar’, which earned her the Kusumanjali Sahitya Samman in 2012, are pivotal in her literary repertoire.
