World Day Against Child Labour: 12th June 2018

The International Labour Organization (ILO) launched the World Day Against Child Labour in 2002 to focus attention on the global extent of child labour and the action and efforts needed to eliminate it. Every year on June 12 the World Day Against Child Labor is observed to raise awareness of the plight of child laborers worldwide.

This year, the World Day Against Child Labour and the World Day for Safety and Health at Work shine a spotlight on the global need to improve the safety and health of young workers and end child labour.
