• At the end of the parade, a huge banner with “Vande Mataram” will be unveiled, followed by the release of balloons into the sky.

Nationwide Celebrations

From January 19 to 26, musical tributes will take place across India. The Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, and CAPFs will perform patriotic programs based on Vande Mataram.

Special events will also be held at the birthplace and ancestral home of Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay in Naihati, West Bengal. These programs will connect people with the roots of the song.

Both leaders will visit India from January 25 to 27, 2026. On January 27, they will jointly lead the 16th India–EU Summit with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
