Why Are Many Caregivers from the Same District?
The Ministry explained that the geographical distribution of caregivers depends largely on the location of training centres.
Candidates generally enroll from nearby areas where the training centres are located. As a result, several caregivers listed on the dashboard may belong to the same district, city, or town.
This concentration is a natural outcome of the localized training model rather than any irregularity in the registration process.
Ministry Clarifies Misleading Social Media Claims
The Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment has also cautioned the public against relying on misleading information circulating on social media regarding the SHATAYU Dashboard.
According to the Ministry, the dashboard is based on a self-registration mechanism intended to empower trained caregivers. Any initial glitches are being actively resolved by the technical support team, and the information being shared on certain social media platforms does not accurately represent the functioning of the portal.
