Eligibility Criteria

Applicants have to must meet the following conditions to avail the benefits,

Must be a permanent resident of the Uttar Pradesh.
Agricultural land must be located within Uttar Pradesh.
Small farmers with the landholding up to 2 hectares are eligible.
Marginal farmers with landholding up to 1 hectare are eligible.
The applicant should not already have an agricultural borewell.
SC/ST farmers are eligible irrespective of landholding limits under applicable provisions.
